Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the factual accuracy of every report. If we get a fact wrong, you get your money back, no arguing. This page spells out exactly what that covers, so the promise is concrete.

What you’re buying

A FinDecode report is a digital product generated on demand and delivered instantly after payment. The price is shown at checkout (currently ₹149 per report).

Our accuracy guarantee: full refund if factually wrong

You are entitled to a full refund if your paid report contains a demonstrable factual error, specifically:

  • a clause reference that does not exist in your document, or
  • an incorrect regulatory fact (e.g. a wrong IRDAI rule) or a wrong insurer statistic (e.g. a misstated claim settlement ratio).

This guarantee does not cover disagreement with our severity ratings, opinions, or the illustrative money-at-risk estimates. Those are judgement-based and clearly labelled as such in the report.

How to claim

Email contact.helpdesk@findecode.app within 7 days of purchase with your transaction ID and the specific error. We review and respond within 3 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, processed through Razorpay.

Cancellation

Because reports are generated instantly, an order can’t be cancelled once the report has been produced, except under the accuracy guarantee above.
